Translation

1-3Tablet of adoption of Wahri-shenni son of Enna-mati, of Hashin-nawar son of Shilwaya, (and) of Hanaya son of [...]. 4-8These three brothers adopted Tehip-tilla son of Puhi-shenni and Haish-teshup son of Puhi-shenni, these two men. 8-11They gave six homers of field in (the hillock of) Kinuphushshi to Tehip-tilla and Haish-teshup. 11-15And Tehip-tilla and Haish-teshup gave to Wahri-shenni, to Hashin-nawar, and to Hanaya 16 homers of grain as their present.
