Translation

1-4Tablet of exchange in which Tehip-tilla son of Puhi-shenni and Unap-tae son of Naya exchanged houses for houses. 5-6Unap-tae gave houses in the city of Nuzi to Tehip-tilla. 7-8Tehip-tilla gave houses in the suburbs of the city of Nuzi to Unap-tae.

9-12Whoever breaks (this agreement) shall pay two minas of silver (and) two minas of gold and shall forfeit the houses. 13-15If the houses in the city have a claimant, then Unap-tae shall clear (them). 16-18If the houses of the suburbs have a claimant, Tehip-tilla shall clear (them).
