Translation

1-4Tablet of exchange in which Shummiya son of Naish-kelpe exchanged houses in the city of Nuzi with Tehip-tilla son of Puhi-shenni. 5-7Shummiya took houses for houses, and Tehip-tilla took houses for houses.

8-9Whoever breaks (this agreement) shall pay two minas of silver (and) two minas of gold.
