Translation

1-4Kurmeya son of Ahiutu by his agreement adopted Hashiya son of Wahr-api. 5-8He gave four homers of field in the city of Arip-sharri with the field [...] to Hashiya as his share. 9-11And he gave one homer of grain [...] in proportion to a ninth of [...].

11-13He who breaks (this agreement) shall pay ten mina of silver (and) ten mina of gold.
